Guest Services....

Guests will be given clear, precise instructions on how to get to their vacation home, with a light left on to welcome your guests on arrival.

We can provide a 'Welcome Pack' which contains the essentials, milk, bread, coffee or tea, eggs, fruit juice etc. so that your guest doesn't have to rush out on arrival - can sit back and have that much needed drink after a long journey!

All of our homes contain an 'Information Book' which contains useful telephone numbers should there be an emergency, or the need to speak to one of the Florida Team Management with any questions of concerns they may have. Also, information on where to shop, eat and generally just have a good time on their vacation!

A 'Meet and Greet' service is available for your guests if they are unsure of hiring a car for the first time. We will meet your guests, take them to the Car Rental place or directly to the vacation home.

We also offer an 'In-house' chef for your guests who would like a romantic evening in by the pool, or just a night off to be pampered!

For our young guests we have cribs and highchairs - and also a baby-sitting service. Sony Playstations, Two-way radios and fax machines are also available. A mid-term clean is available for those guests who need a quick clean during their vacation.
