We receive many questions from our guests so we have compiled the most frequently asked questions below to help you on your way to a perfect vacation!

1. What do I need to bring with me?

Florida Team Management homes are fully furnished and equipped to ensure that your vacation is the perfect experience it should be. All homes are provided with plenty of bed linens, towels and guest soaps. Our vacation homes are truly 'Your home away from Home' - just bring your toothbrush!

2. What will the weather be like?

The weather in Florida can be predictable although there are no guarantees as to exact temperatures. Based on the monthly averages, just remember that May through to September are our hottest months and because of the subtropical climate, rain storms, especially during the months of June and July can be sudden and very heavy even if only for a short period of time.

3. Is maid service included?

Florida Team Management homes are cleaned and inspected to the highest quality prior to arrival. For your convenience, all homes have washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners and dishwashers to help to maintain the cleanliness of your vacation home.
A mid-term clean is available upon request which can be arranged prior to arrival.

4. Is there a phone at the vacation home?

All of our vacation homes are fully equipped with at least one phone for outgoing and incoming calls. We can provide the telephone number of the home you will be staying at one week before arrival, so that you can let friends and family know where you can be contacted if needed. There is no long distance service provided but phone cards are available upon request.

5. How close is Walt Disney World?

Florida Team Management homes are located within 30 minutes of all major theme parks and attractions. Shopping and restaurants are also within easy access. For our holiday makers who like to take a trip to the beach - all Florida beaches East coast or West coast are approximately 1 ½ hours drive away!

6. Are the pools heated?

Almost all Florida Team Management homes offer pool heat as an option. We do recommend that pool heat is chosen if you are coming to Florida between the months of October and May.
Pool heat is preset to the desired temperature and cannot be adjusted. Most homes are equipped with a blanket to cover the pools at night to retain the heat. We take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as required, however weather conditions may affect the pool temperatures slightly.

7. How do I book my vacation villa?

There are many ways to book the perfect holiday home for you and your family with Florida Team Management.

a. Simply call one of our trained personnel during office hours and we be more than happy to let you know the options available and to select the perfect home for you and your family.

b. Click on the Property Rentals button and browse our wonderful vacation villas online and you will be able to have a look at the properties that are available. When you have chosen your ideal home you can then follow our directions directly to your booking form. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

8. When do I pay the deposit, final payment and security deposit?

Your deposit payment is due within 7 days of making your provisional booking, to confirm and hold the booking.

Final payments of all rentals are due 30 days prior to arrival.

The security deposit is due upon arrival by credit card authorization, which is automatically credited back to your account, providing there are no damages to the home.

*Owners who may feel uncomfortable about 'strangers' using their homes can be comforted by the fact that we 'check-in' each group of guests before they use your home. We have strict 'Terms and Conditions' the guests have to sign and we also collect a Security Deposit so that you can be assured that if loss or damage occurs, the guest will be responsible.


10. How do I find Florida Team Management?

From Orlando Intl Airport

Follow exit signs to 417 SOUTH
Stay on 417 to I-4 WEST.
Exit 55 (23) will bring you to HWY 27.
Go NORTH for approx. 9 miles and turn right into Sunrise Plaza.

From Orlando Sanford Airport

Follow exit signs to 417 SOUTH
