Our services consist of pool care, lawn and pest control. We have a reliable cleaning service that cleans our homes ready for the next guest. Your home is constantly monitored and a maintenance required will be taken care of to keep your home in tip top condition.

A full inventory is done on your home to ensure that all of your items are looked after, so that if any are damaged or removed we will be aware and rectify by charging the guest.

Florida Team Management will also obtain all of the licensing required to rent your property. We will collect and pay the required taxes relating to the rental of your home.
